Paris Saint-Germain sporting adviser Luis Campos has revealed that the club has no interest in selling Neymar during the summer transfer window.

In a busy summer in which Kylian Mbappe finally signed a new contract and Christophe Galtier replaced Mauricio Pochettino as head coach, speculation began about Neymar’s possible departure from the Parc des Princes.

However, the Brazilian started the season in great form, easily surpassing the other two superstars in Mbappé and Lionel Messi. And PSG adviser Luis Campos has now said the Brazil star was never close to leaving. Campos also denied rumors of a rift with Mbappe.

“Neymar is a very good player, he always arrives on time, he never misses a training session, except for one when he was a little sick. He is committed to the team and the project of the club,” Campos reported for RMC. “Neymar is not close to leaving PSG. The rumors about Neymar this summer are completely false, as well as the claims that Mbappé wants to sell Ney. This is another big fake news ,” The PSG adviser denied all speculations.

“Neymar is 100% part of our project,” then ended speculation about the 30-year-old Brazilian’s involvement in the Paris club’s squad. He has scored eight goals and six assists in seven Ligue 1 games so far this season. In addition, he participated in two Champions League wins against Juventus and Maccabi Haifa.

The Hag has announced plans for an international break and indicated that he will be stepping up in January
